Agreement
These terms apply to birchfable.top, operated by LD1358 LLC. By using the site, you agree to them.
Editorial information service
BirchFable provides general hotel discovery, route context and accommodation information. It is not professional, safety, immigration or booking advice.
No booking contract
BirchFable does not hold inventory, take payment or issue confirmations. Any transaction is between the traveller and the hotel or external booking provider under that party’s terms.
Property information
Names, descriptions, photographs, facilities, room references, locations and contacts may come from third-party records and can be incomplete or outdated. Essential details must be confirmed directly.
No guarantee
A chapter placement is an editorial lens, not a rating, inspection, endorsement, availability statement or guarantee of suitability.
Prices and rooms
Static pages do not establish a live price or available room. Confirm total price, currency, taxes, occupancy, bed layout, meals, accessibility, payment and cancellation terms with the provider.
External services
Independent maps, image hosts, properties and booking services control their own content, security, availability, privacy and contractual terms.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, bypass security, introduce malware, impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, infringe rights or unlawfully extract protected content.
Intellectual property
BirchFable branding, original editorial copy and interface may be protected. Hotel names, trademarks and third-party photographs remain associated with their respective owners or licensors.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for documents, visas, insurance, transport, official advice, local laws, safety, accessibility and determining whether a property is suitable.
Availability and liability
Pages and features may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, LD1358 LLC is not liable for indirect loss, changed prices, unavailable rooms, external provider conduct or decisions based solely on discovery content. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Law and changes
Applicable Florida law governs these terms without removing mandatory consumer protections. The current version applies from publication. Last updated October 13, 2026.
