Surrounded by two hectares of woodlands and gardens just outside of the small town of Rugby and 20 minutes from Coventry, this enchanting hotel is set in a superb Grade II listed Victorian mansion that boasts several preserved period features. The former stable block now houses elegant guest rooms that provide the perfect mix of modern comfort and 19th-century charm, many displaying the building's original oak beams. All rooms are en suite and complete with a hospitality tray and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy drinks and snacks in the privacy of the room throughout the day with room service, or take meals in the onsite restaurant or bar, which both serve delectable dishes in a friendly and unpretentious atmosphere. Those who wish to explore the area might take a 40-minute drive to Stratford-upon-Avon or Cadbury World or explore the local art gallery and museum in Rugby, all for a relaxing holiday in the countryside.
